Child Safety Standards

These standards describe how Alter (“the app”, “we”, “us”), operated by EM Consulting, prevents and responds to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and related harms. They apply to everyone who uses the app.
Zero tolerance. Alter strictly prohibits any content or behaviour that sexualises, exploits, endangers or abuses minors. Any such content is removed immediately, the account responsible is permanently banned, and the matter is reported to the relevant authorities.
1. Adults only
Alter is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly allow minors to use the app, and users must confirm they are 18+ before they can proceed. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
The following are prohibited without exception:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including illustrated, generated or simulated material.
- Sexualisation of minors, or content presenting minors in a sexual context.
- Grooming, solicitation, sextortion, or any attempt to contact or exploit a minor.
- Trafficking of minors or facilitation of any form of child exploitation.
- Sharing, requesting or linking to any of the above.
3. Prevention
- Every profile is automatically screened for objectionable content before it can be shown to any other user.
- The app has no photos, no public feed and no direct messaging between users; only a short AI-generated summary of values and goals is exchanged.
4. Reporting
- In-app: every match screen has a “Report” action that flags a profile for immediate review.
- By email: consulting@elshanmusayev.com — please include the word “SAFETY” in the subject line.
5. Enforcement
- Reports involving minors are treated as the highest priority and reviewed within 24 hours.
- Confirmed violations result in immediate removal of the content and a permanent ban of the account.
- Where required or appropriate, we preserve evidence and report to the competent authorities, including law enforcement in Germany (Bundeskriminalamt) and the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and we cooperate fully with lawful requests.
6. Compliance
We comply with applicable child safety laws, including the EU Digital Services Act, German law (StGB, JuSchG), and other relevant regulations in the regions where the app is available. These standards are reviewed regularly.
